Bobys Charity Foundation (BCF) is committed to responsible use of your donations. However, due to the nature of charitable giving, we generally cannot offer refunds on donations.
Here are some specific situations where a refund might be considered:

- Donation Errors: If you make a donation in error, such as entering an incorrect amount or selecting the wrong project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a refund, but this may depend on how the funds have already been allocated.
- Event Cancellations: If a fundraising event you register for and donate to is cancelled, BCF will issue a full refund for your donation amount.

- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
- BCF reserves the right to deny a refund request at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where the donation has already been used to support our charitable programs.
