Celebrating Children's Day: Empowering the Future at AJIF Chapter Event

On May 27, 2024, the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (AJIF Chapter) brought joy and empowerment to the hearts of many children during a grand Children’s Day celebration. Held in Ajegunle, the event was a testament to the power of community and the unwavering support of Bobys Charity Foundation, the prime sponsor.

The atmosphere was electric as representatives from 30 different schools gathered, bringing together around 600 children. The event was not just a celebration but a vibrant tapestry of hope and encouragement, reflecting the theme of this year’s celebration: education and empowerment.

The chairman of the association kicked off the event with a heartfelt introduction speech, aligning with the “Go Back to School” project. This initiative aims to ensure every child in the community has access to quality education and the resources they need to succeed.

Bobys Charity Foundation took center stage in their role as sponsors, showcasing their dedication to the community’s youth. Their contributions were tangible and impactful: 600 cups of smoothie drinks were handed out, keeping the children refreshed and energized throughout the day. In addition, 100 school bags and 4000 notebooks were distributed, ensuring that these young minds are well-equipped for their educational journey.

The Children’s Day celebration was more than just a fun-filled day; it was a powerful reminder of the community’s commitment to its children. With the support of organizations like Bobys Charity Foundation and the collective effort of parents, guardians, and school proprietors, the future of these children looks brighter than ever.
